Spooky Treat Bags

Well, I spent the weekend back at home and went to a crop! I had a lot of fun with Lisa, Jana and my other papercrafting friends from home. I made plenty of new pages which I will post in the next couple of days and of course, we spent most of the time talking! I spent the night with Lisa and we woke up early the next day and started playing again in her wonderful craftroom. I made these cute lilttle spooky treat bags (I named them Frank and Mumford) to give to my co-workers this week for Halloween. I gto the idea from Jana, who got it from Chicnscratch Blog. That's probably the end of my Halloween "madness" as I am getting ready to move on to Thanksgiving and Christmas. And of course, continue to make scrapbook pages. Happy Halloween this week to everyone!

Too Cute To Be Spooky

I am really happy about getting back into my craftroom! In keeping with the season, I decided to make a layout with last year's Halloween pictures. I know I am a year late, but I have decided that it is a fruitless effort to scrapbook in chronological order. I am just doing it when I have time and when I see a picture I like. It makes my hobby less stressful and more enjoyable. I have had this paper for over 3 years. I bought it on clearance for $2 at Wal-Mart and finally put it to good use! I made the letters on my Cricut using my mini-monograms cartrdige. The buttons and ribbon came along with the paper. The baby is mine! lol... Enjoy!

Witching You...

This was a quick card I made last night to just unwind. It's not my best work, but it was fun. I have had the stamp set for about 3 years and it's one of my favorites, but I have never made the time to use it. The stamps are from SU and the paper is just a basic colored cardstock from Hobby Lobby. I colored the images with my Wondercolor crayons and my water color pencils.

Front: Witching you...

The second image is the inside of the card.

It must be the weather

I managed to make 2 posts in 2 days and made 6 more cards last night... that must be the reason for all of the rain. Anyway, here is the 2nd card for the stationary set. I am planning on putting 6 cards total, 2 each of 3 designs, along with some name tags and other tags. Hopefully, I can complete them over the next couple of weeks and move on to some other Holiday projects! TFL!

Watch out for the spiders!!

Dust off all the spider webs from this blog because...BOO! I'm BAAAACKKK!!

I know I probably won't be posting as much as I'd like, but I am back in my craftroom and finally got a chance to get some work done this weekend. I am SUCH a cheater though. I decided to make my co-workers each a stationary set for Christmas and at the rate I am working decided I better get busy now. So, I made 6 of this card. Paper is SU and Basic Grey Lemonade. I said I am a cheater because I just copied one that was given to me. They only difference is the patterened paper. Anyway, this card was pretty simple, just the paper, some ink and a SU stamp... thanks for looking and continue to check back in now that I am up and running again!
